Speedy Fallbrook Tree Service provides residential and commercial tree services in Fallbrook, CA and surrounding communities, including tree removal, tree trimming, tree pruning, stump grinding, stump removal, land clearing, emergency tree service, and commercial tree service. All services are performed by trained crew members in accordance with applicable safety standards and industry practices.
All estimates provided by Speedy Fallbrook Tree Service are based on a visual inspection of the property and the specific conditions at the time of the estimate. Estimates are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Final pricing may differ from the estimate if conditions change between the estimate date and the service date - including, but not limited to, discovery of underground utilities, unexpected structural issues with a tree, changes in access, or additional work requested by the customer after the estimate is issued. Any change to scope or price will be communicated to the customer before additional work proceeds.
Free estimates are provided at no obligation. Receiving an estimate does not constitute a contract or commitment to purchase services.
Appointments are scheduled based on crew availability. We will make reasonable efforts to confirm your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Weather conditions, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require rescheduling. We will notify you as early as possible if a schedule change is necessary.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a scheduling fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking if applicable.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless a written payment arrangement has been agreed to in advance. We accept payment by cash, check, and major credit cards. Invoices that remain unpaid beyond 30 days of service completion may be subject to a late fee and referred to collections.
For larger projects, we may require a deposit prior to commencing work. Deposit terms will be stated in the written estimate.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, contact us within 5 business days and we will return to address any deficiency at no additional charge, provided the concern falls within the scope of the original work.
Our service guarantee applies to workmanship only. We do not warrant against natural events, acts of nature, pre-existing conditions in trees or structures, or issues that arise after service is completed due to disease, pests, storm damage, or other factors outside our control.
Speedy Fallbrook Tree Service carries liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage on all jobs. In the event of damage caused directly by our crew's negligence, we will work with you and our insurer to address the claim.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Speedy Fallbrook Tree Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website. Our total liability for any claim related to services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other subsurface features that were not disclosed to us prior to work commencing.

If a dispute arises between you and Speedy Fallbrook Tree Service, we encourage you to contact us directly first at team@fallbrooktreeservice.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
If informal resolution is not possible, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Fallbrook, CA, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm. Class action waiver: you agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in San Diego County, California.
